Cartrack poor service

I have been using Cartack for both my cars, They offer the worst service ever known. They rush to take your business but when you need their help no one cares. They will give you the runaround. This is their famous line (That not my department let me transfer you to the relevant department ) you will hold the phone for an hour no one will help you. My panic button is not working and each time I call they tell me that's not their department. No one takes accountability, they are very useless and incompitent. Please do not use Cartrack !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bunch of losers, They will always tell you to call back when you have a query but they rush to call you when they want your business. They do not even deserve the one star, they should get a negative 100
