CARTRACK POOR SERVICE

Had a unit in a vehicle for 2 + years and when the vehicle was sold in may 2021 we notified cartrack via email that we wished to cancel at the month end. To date we have filled in 3 cancellation forms, spoken to a gazillion employees at cartrack and have been handed over to their attorneys who we have relayed the EXACT same information and proof of all correspondence to with NO CONCLUSION and no reprieve from between 5-6 harassing phone calls PER DAY! My recommendation to anyone considering putting a tracking unit in their vehicle DONT CONSIDER CARTRACK as their admin department do not know how to read emails and there is zero communication between themselves! We are done with their complete incompetence so my advice is find a reputable company to recover your vehicle. Based on our shocking experience it doesn’t bode well for cartrack should ones vehicle get ******, very evidently their one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing!
