CARTRACK POOR SERVICE........

I wrote a complain about the bad service I got from Cartrack. Alwas paying but nithing work. After latest commwnt Cartrack was very fast to phone me and discuss the problem. BIG PROMISSES IMMEDIATELY. Since all the pronisses that somebody will give urgent attention, NO RESPONSE FURTHER. How can I get rid of Cartrack and get something for me that work.
