Cartrack poor service

I have received very poor service. Since signing up with them, after two weeks they still have not installed the tracking device. I phoned many times over. When I do get a call, the phone only rings for 2 or 3 seconds. As soon as I call back, I cant get through to them. So according to their records they have been trying to call me. Just ridiculous service.... someone at Pretoria branch does not want to work or do installations. I do not recommend Cartrack
