Cartrack POOR service

First I requested a de and re installation and struggled to be helped as my husband works in the USA and he gave permission in writing I may handle his account notes is on system... then when I paid the R860 and sent them the pop via email and whatsapp they deducted R870 from my husbands account without permission. Now when I querried it they promised it would be paid but yet again I received whatsapps enquiring the pop again. Their service is rediculiously poor and they are taking money without permission from my bank account and I struggle to get my money back. I would not reccommend anyone to use cartrack they are not to be trusted. They make empty prommisses and do not keep their word. How will they help you to keep your vehicle safe if they cannot even sort a simple problem out.WORST SERVICE EVER!
