Cartrack poor service

Cartrack is a poor company I have requested a deinstallation of a unit since yth Oct Paid immediately for this service More than 13 phone calls later stull no booking made to get reesilvrd or any action taken Calls dropped calls on Customer service department if I get upset, yet promises made call back commitment made at Snr level...again nothing happened I am being told booking are made yet nothing is done Nobody phones back Customer must follow up and accept apologies for poor service But please pay at month end
