Cartrack poor service

My account was handed over for collection and I decided to settle the account once and for all, a month later I still haven’t received my paid up letter that I was told it would take 21 business working days. When I call in they keep on promising to send it in a day or 2. This is very sad more especially when they don’t update the ITC once you’ve paid off. They just don’t care once they get their money.
