Cartrack poor service

I would advise others not to reconsider Cartrack .I signed a contract with them June 2019 and all was well in terms of my payments .On Saturday the 20th of July I decided to call them and ask them to locate the position of my car and they couldn't help ,they only told me the unit installed last worked 26 April 2019.But they still debiting me and even to date (24/7/2019) they are failing to schedule it for repairs .If there's any help I can get to resolve this issue I will really appreciate .0
