Cartrack poor service

For over a year I’ve been paying Cartrack for tracker that is not working and calling them almost every week and they always promise to send technician to come and fix it but nothing and now I am stuck with them because when I’m asking to cancel the contract because of the poor service then they told me about contract cancellation fee of R1,800.
