CARTRACK Poor service

Cartrack it’s really dissatisfying and disappointing to be made to run from pillar to post just to get trip details reported … since Wednesday until today being told same thing that it has been escalated but nothing gets done. I’m at the point of being frustrated with them that I want to cancel my contract with them
