Cartrack POOR POOR service

I have been with cartrack for many years. I have 6x vehicles with their cartrack units installed. Im so disappointed in their service or lack of it. This will make me reconsider taking my business to someone else. I will also not recommend them to anyone from here on.

I received a msg saying that the 1x cartrack in my bakkie is not working and I need to contact Cartrack so that they can test it. I did this and it was determined that the unit is faulty and needs to have a new unit installed at a cost of R600 I made the appointment for the technician to come to my house in Pretoria on the 8June 2023 at 10am. The technician name is Kenneth Raphadu from pretoria. He is un profesional. Kenneth contacted me at 09:45am that morning saying he will be late, will a whole bunch of excuses and will be at my house at 10:15 am. He was close to Menlyn Main shopping centre that is only a couple of kilometers from my house, about 15min away. I waited the whole day for the technician to show up. He did not call me, sms or whatsapp me saying he cant make it. I contacted him later that day 15:40. He was full of excuses claiming me that he tried to call me, I asked him why didnt he just sms or whatapp me or even just showed up. He then admitted that he went to another client to install a unit . I told him that he needs to come that following Monday morning to install the unit. He contacted me only to say that the order to install the unit was cancelled and I need to phone in again and make and appointment for the unit to be installed. So I phoned in again at 10:08 am , I was told that a technician will contact me to have the unit installed. Up to now, 18June NO ONE has contacted me to install my cartrack unit. If my vehicle gets ****** my insurance does not pay out. This is totally unexceptable AND THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY R600 FOR THE UNIT, BUT THEY COST YOU A WHOLE DAY LOST IN WAGES AND TIME WAISTED
