Cartrack... POOR customer care and service
Hellopeter. I always thought that Cartrack's services are the best of all until they started to harass me with wanting to make me pay for a service I did not receive. They claim all calls are recorded but now that we need the recordings to help solve the misunderstanding, they seem not to care about going back to listen to prove all I say to them is not just a claim but the truth.

Just a day after I went onto hellopeter's platform, my issue has been resolved and I don't have to pay now the amount of money they claimed I owed.
