Cartrack - POOR!!!!!!!!!!!!

On 05/09/2025 I asked them to de-install my unit out of old vehicle and re-install into new vehicle. This morning they pressured me to pay the R870 and sent proof to them immediately. They sent a technician to be at dealer at 12h00. 12h20 the person was not there. I called and found out they have sent him to Pretoria to my house instead to dealer in Boksburg. Then they sent another man, he then said he must only remove the unit from the old car, and not re-install to new car. These business skills and after sales service are PATHETIC, POOR AND NON EXCISTING!!!!!!! Do NOT use this company, their people are totally imcompetent.
