Cartrack - Poor after sales support

Extremely disappointed in service. Have units in 4 vehicles (fleet management) and cartrack is very quick to install but do jot expect to get any kind of aftersales service. I installed panic buttons in both my daughters' vehicles as a safety measure and for peace of mind but none of these units work. Trying to get them repaired is a mission Nobody gets back to you and whn they finally do, they claim that unit is out of warranty and hence you end up paying to get it repaired, only to find out that it does work later on again and that tge repair/replacement only caries a 3 month warranty. Do not rely on cartrack for peace of mind.
