Cartrack Poor Accounts department

Pathetic account department!!! The worst service ever!! I have requested to cancel my contract with them on more than one occasion! and each time the *********** accounts department “attempts” to call me on the wrong number - which is an excuse! They debit my account at least on four occasions throughout the month!! I requested the cancellation around 2 years ago!!! Rather go to Martix, non of this happens with them and their service and product offering it far ahead of cartrack! I also attempted to cancel with contract because they just inflate the fee without informing you!! So that R99 pm “advertising” is deceptive marketing !!!!
