CarTrack Poor

Poor Poor service. I was in an accident with my vehicle. I contacted cartrack to let them now the unit needs to be removed and fitted to the new vehicle. Firstly their response was poor nobody gets back to you. When they eventullay contacted me the old vehicle was being sold at an auction. They said they struggled to get in contact with the auction house, I then called the auction house and spoke to them and arranged that the unit be removed. I called catrack back and let them now they can go and removed the unit from the auction house. Cartrack then told me they will come and fit the unit on friday the 4th December, when I contacted them on friday to confirm the agent informed me that the unit has not even been removed. Meanwhile the vechile has been sold and now cartrack says they wil hold me liable for the unit if it is not recovered. This is unacceptable (I did my part in letting them know) it is not my fault they are not doing their work. They are fast at taking you're money the (De instalation and Reinstalation Cost) but don't deliver the service.

I will definitely never recomend cartrack to anyone. You get better service from a funeral parlour than from cartrack. POOR
