Cartrack policies are militant and not customer centric

Cartrack it’s a **** business, it’s policies are militant to customers and are designed to benefits the hardcore capitalist that started the business. I was involved in a car accident, they called at the spot to confirmed & I said yes. Following the call they were suppose to press the internal off-road button they didn’t as a results they continued to debt for two months for the vehicle that is written off, then I made a inquiry with them & I dealt with meaningless individuals who are about company unfairly policy over a customer circumstance. The only thing I was advised to do is to cancel the contract which also benefited the company. II wouldn’t recommend the company to anyone!
