Cartrack poaching and harrasment

I had an UNSUSPECTED phone call this morning out of the blue from Cartrack wantig to install a tracking device in my car ! Let me tell the whole story : my car was ****** on Saturday 6-Aug-2022 and I NEVER had ANY tracking devices in ANY of my vehicles ! I WANT TO KNOW : WHERE DID CARTRACK GET MY CONTACT DETAILS TO TRY AND SELL ME A TRACKING DEVICE ? WAS THIS INFO POACHED / LEAKED FROM THE SAPS ? DO THEY KNOW THE POPI ACT ?
