Cartrack payment and cancellation

The company force rendering service to clients even an indication is made to stop service. I visited their nearest branch to cancel the contract after the lapse of the first 3 years. They continued with deductions for full 6 years and part thereof. When you call indicating to cancel they do not send cancelation forms but want to give notice of cancelation.
