Cartrack - pathetic service

Cartrack has the mos pathetic service that I have ever seen. The technician who is supposed to install the tracking device don't even show up for the appointment. When you leave a message for someone to phone you back, they don't even bother. When you phone to speak to a manager they cut the phone down. The department that is supposed to phone you to make an appointment to install the tracking device for the second time, also don't bother to phone. A few days after you receive only a sms to say I must phone cartrack to avoid legal actions. Now I have to pay for pathetic service and a company that is not interested in assisting clients. If you want to cancel the policy they take your money unauthorised. Definitely not a company to support. So disgusted.
