Cartrack pathetic service 😡

It’s been 6 weeks straight now trying to get Cartrack field technician to come sort out their faulty unit in my vehicle that’s draining my car battery. Every time when a technician is supposed to come I get an excuse that the person is off sick or they got too busy they’ll make a new appointment, like 5 weeks straight same BS story!? When I call to cancel the policy they send me from pillar to post or simply hang up on me. Cartrack your service is pathetic actually it’s none existent. 😡
