Cartrack pathetic service

My tracker has not been working for 6 months. I called them and informed them. They said they will call me back never ever do. I have been paying them for all this time and they have no decency to follow up. I asked to speak to management and they refused pathetic company and pathetic tracker. Just ***** people's money. Please stay away from them.
