CARTRACK PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
CARTRACK is a Pathetic, Unprofessional, Useless, Personal information not protected and *****ulent information. I have called this company several times to no response and emailed them, they DON’T CARE. I am currently paying for my car to be tracked but it’s NOT. App NOT Working!!! For a security company that is in partnership with such BIG Car dealership this is very alarming. I bought my new car in August and Cartrack was the WORST decision I ever made!

Chanelle Subramony that signed me up have been copied in ALL communication and since the 15th of October I have tried everything in my power to even emailing the company CEO and Cartrack they just don’t care about providing good service!!! Till today they have Not called me OR try to do better. I have tried to cancel and they are refusing!!!
