Cartrack pathetic poor service

I will not consider renewing my contract with Cartrack and I wouldn't advise anyone to consider Cartrack. Their unit last worked in February but they have been debiting me for all these months. For the past two weeks I have been calling their call centre and being sent from pillar to post. Some of the call centre agents I spoke to are Hloni, Jaleel, Jodee, Rondani, and Liza . At some point Jaleel indicated that an appointment has been made and someone from the Pretoria Office will call to confirm the appointment but I am still waiting for that call. I was also transferred to a Manager who was rude and just dropped the call in the middle of our conversation.
