Cartrack pathetic call agent's

*** cartrack, firstly I did not ask your agent to call me and secondly if someone hangs up it means they are busy. I am in a meet and your un educated call agents phoned, I hung up because I'm in a meeting. They phone 4 times straight after each other and when I finaly answered they hung up. That's not the way to get new business cartrack.
