Cartrack package update

Spoke to Abram Mathosa today and he was very helpful. I needed to updated my cartrack package and add options for my high-risk areas. Spoke to two agents before him and both could not help me instead they transferred me the control room. The guys from the control room transferred back to customer service and I am glad Abram answered my called. He explained very thing in detail and was able to assist me with what I needed and also with my app.
