Cartrack: Outstanding dedication to terrible customer service

If there is one thing that Cartrack stands out for its their dedication to terrible customer service. After my first complaint, they quickly contacted me in attempt to rectify the unit with offers to make up for the service recieved should I wish to stay with them. I informed them that I would still like to move forward with the cancellation and once again, was ghosted and had to follow up after 2 weeks of no response only to then get a call asking when I would like to upgrade the unit. Again, I informed them that I want the unit removed and contract cancelled. All this while they continue to debit for services that have never been rendered and a unit that has never worked. If only they prioritized repairs as quickly as they do installs...
