Cartrack Opened an Account Without Consent and Is Now Harassing Me

I am extremely disappointed with Cartrack's conduct. An account was opened under my name even though the dealership clearly instructed Cartrack not to activate any tracker, as my insurance company already provides one.

Both the salesperson and I sent emails to Cartrack explaining the situation, but we have received no response. Despite this, their accounts department continues to harass me daily for payment on a service I never authorized or agreed to.
