Cartrack only good at selling you dreams, stay away

Cartrack is a complete disappointment. You pay a monthly premium expecting real vehicle security, but they still charge youextra just to send SMS alertswhen you enter high-risk areas — something that should be a basic safety feature. Even worse, when Iremoved my car battery, which should trigger an immediate security response,no one from Cartrack called me. No follow-up, no check-in — nothing. Their so-called "Car Guard" is fully automated and clearly unreliable. You're basically paying for an app and empty promises. There’sno real-time human monitoring, no urgency, and no accountability. The service isoverpriced, outdated, and misleading. I stronglywarn others not to waste their money. If your vehicle’s security actually matters to you,look elsewhere. Cartrack is not worth the cost or the trust.
