Cartrack only cares about making money

Im really disappointed with cartrack customer service. Ive been with the company for close to 5 years. My vehicle was written off at the beginning of the month; the 3rd. Now they want to debit me again stating that there is a 20 business day period. The car was in an accident and i couldn’t forsee the incident.
