Cartrack not working for almost 3 years

What a JOKE! I am in the process of changing insurance and needed my policy number for my new insurer, only to find out that my tracker has not worked for 1022 DAYS! I have been paying my monthly fee to Cartrack and not recieved a service for almost 3 years. Even though they state that clients should be checking that their unit works (I am not sure who has time to remember to do this) I can't believe that my unit was not flagged with no data.

I just found out that I have spent well over R8000 for a service that I have not been recieving. So disappointing!
