Cartrack not updating their system and false claims

Car track not updating their system while i paid them and cannot access app

I am so disappointed by the service, cartrack keep sending me smses that i owe them despite payments made and yet they acknowledge on watsapp that the account is up to date. Proof of payment was sent yet they cannot update their system.i have been calling them but this is not getting sorted. Instead their consultants at finance are rude. There's an amount they can not explain and resort to being rude when asked. Some of them were honest that it was a mistake from their side and the matter was to be escalated.
