Cartrack not updating my payments on ITC

I had a policy with car track then i sell the car and stopped paying the track. I was put on default by Cartrack then i paid all the money i was owing them, now the company that my policy was handed too did not want to give me a paidup letter so i can clear my name, they keep on promising to send the letter and also on Cartrack no one is updating my profile on ITC.
