CARTRACK - NOT UPDATED AND NO RESPONSE

Since we cancelled Tracker and switched to Cartrack we have had problems non stop. Changing to Cartrack was the worst decision we made. When it was installed it was done in such a rush that some of our trucks *****s were not put back, and the covers were loose under the steering.. I complained and it took weeks of complaining before it was corrected. Since the first week I also asked for the units be be cancelled and taken out as it does not update. After also sending e-mails and phoning to complain someone came out and we showed him that our truck is in our yard.. but it shows that our truck is driving around in Springs. This is the same with ALL our trucks, we never know where our trucks are. So this units is absolutely USELESS to us!!!!! We installed it to monitor our trucks.

We phoned again this morning to CANCEL ALL THE UNITS, again we were send from one person to another and put on hold. I explained to them numerous times that I wont pay for something every month that is useless to me. We were at Tracker before and never ever had any problems like this, sometimes it was at the most 4 minutes out on the trip log, but we could monitor our trucks 100%. We always knew where the drivers were. Cartrack is really useless and a waste of money.
