Cartrack not treating customers fairly

I have been a loyal customer of Cartrack for the past nearly 5 years, paid my debit order on a monthly basis regularly. I paid cash for my unit installed in my vehicle. I am in the process of purchasing a new vehicle and trading in my current vehicle and are being told that I need to give 20 working days notice to cancel my month to month contract with Cartrack and should my debit order date fall within that 20 days I am liable for the full amount. To me this is not treating your customers fairly and not how I as a loyal customer of Cartrack wants to be treated.I am hereby requesting that the 20 working day notice period be waived and that I am not held responsible for the full debit order. If I was canceling the debit order without a valid reason I would understand the reasoning behind it, but I am not. I am trading my current vehicle in at the dealership and I will not be fitting a new unit with Cartrack. Sent an email to their CEO escalations email last week and to date have received no reply.

Good day Cartrack,

Still no-one has been in contact with me to resolve this.
You clearly don't bother with treating customers fairly and providing good customer service. What a disappointment.
