Cartrack not tracking

I have currently the most horrible experience with Cartrack.

My story starts at canceling Cartrack which in it self seems impossible first their customer email are not working. Forward to 2024 paying up the account that has been running up. Now struggling to cancel an account that I have been told twice it's marked for cancelation via telephone with the retention department. Enter Lindiwe who don't know about or don't care that it has been done.At one point an agent even told me that I have overpaid them.

Why am I struggling to them out of my life.
