Cartrack not keeping promises

So I've been trying to get ahold of these guys for an installation for a very long time, a week ago a call agent calls me finally for my details and tracker options we go through that I give him everything he needs including my banking details , they said an sms saying that cartrack will contact me for the installation in 48hours and today is 1 week later and still no contact and now I'm waiting for them to debit me without providing any service . Why take my details if you're not gonna provide a service ? And now how am I to trust this company when they've never kept a single promise ? I'm gonna be looking at other options now
