Cartrack not delivering as expected be warned

Hi there, my car have been off radar somewhere last year at the beginning of December month and cartrack failed to pickup this alarm, till i realised that even my app can't locate my car and took means to call in and asked them to locate y car and they failed, they the rep**** that my device firmware is not working and we arranged for technician to come check the car even today they still have not been able to locate my car because no technician showed up and i mean i am still within my 3yr contract with them and he service and they never missed a single debit order am so cancelling my contract.! And somehow they are in breach of the contract because they ey are not offering what is expected of them NB: anyways whoever is a customer to this guy's i suggest you ask ctrl_room for your car location thank me later by the
