Cartrack not a reliable company

good morning for almost a year i have being paying cartrack between R1500 and R1000 every month instead of R499 as they stated i was over R7000 in the rears. today i received another message stating i am still over R6000 in the rears HOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as i have paid more than the normal amount every month for almost a year which should be about R5000 or R6000 already so please explain where is my money going to. Cartrack is not a reliable company to deal with as since i have being with them now more than a year i have not received one call when there was battery tampering, breakdown, etc as they stipulated in their contract, all the other companies i have being with would contact me immediately if there was a problem, not Cartrack but they are quick to take my money and also quicker than lightning if you are in the rears. so again i am asking what happened to my money as per my bank statement it can prove that the amount i am talking about is the truth.

i received a reply but not what you sent me as all your records stop in 2020 . i pasted all my payments to Sally and asked to relook at my payments as i need a new updated statement showing that 3/4 of the outstanding amount has already being paid to be exact R5000

i have just received a call from cartrack demanding payment, this really boggles my mind after i emailed you the proof, your company still has the audacity to call me and state i am over R6000 in debt.I have now been patient with cartrack but the true colours have shown. Cartrack is quick to phone if i am behind in payment and quick to take my monthly premium. What next do you want after i have co-operated all this time. you want the gloves off well you have got that, you might be a large company but not above the law.
Cartrack you have overstepped the line by harassing me every day. the Ombudsman, consumer council, social media, etc whatever media i can use to show the country what type of a company cartrack is who does not care about their clients as per their false adverti*****ts.
your excuses are false as well as your statements, my next review on this page will show the payments i have made to clear the backlog as the end of June 2021 would be the last of the backlog, the outstanding amount of R7000 would be paid up as i stated that over R5000 has already been paid.
