Cartrack nonsense!!

For the past 2 weeks I'm in contact with Cartrack client services and getting absolutely nowhere. I cannot see my car's location on the app meaning I cannot use the Carwatch feature. I work in a high risk area, my colleague's car was ****** at work about a month ago and Carwatch failed to recover it. I'm told to give it a day everytime I call😡😡a repair was booked then canceled, I was told the tracking device is active. Which means nothing to me because my problem is the app!! I hate ****ty service with a passion.
