Cartrack - No Tracking

I have Cartrack units in several vehicle. One of my vehicles, whenever I log on to track the vehicle, there is no data. When I call your offices I am asked are you sure this vehicle was on the road. Not satisfied with the service being received from Cartrack. What is the point in paying a monthly fee if I cannot track my vehicle. Please contact me urgently to arrange cancellation of my subscription.
