Cartrack: No ****** car recovery and no payment.

I was highjacked and abducted for about 2-3hrs. Those ****s took me to a place I’ve never been before and dumped me there. It was an open field with long grasses and trees. It took me a long time to get help because my car was gone with everything inside. I was running in circles without shoes, my feet were bleeding.

Long story, short: I only got to report to Cartrack after 4h35min about my incident. Cartrack is blaming me for not reporting in time. They say I’m responsible for them not being able to recover my car.

It took them 59 working days (a total of 81 calendar) to tell me that I reported late and I won’t be getting anything from them. That “150k limited recovery” is just a ****.

They made me take the most expensive package called Fleet Management Plus Unit. According to Cartrack's terms and conditions, I fall under R1 Million Limited Recovery Warranty. But that’s also a ****.

This company is a ****. They have a lot of excuses that they use not to recover ****** cars and not to pay the owners.
