Cartrack: No, 100 times, do not get this device

I hate cartrack. The system was installed by the dealership and forced on me. They constantly phone me with supposed alerts and go straight to voicemail which means I have to call back. They do not update details as requested telephonically and by email. This morning their most unhelpful staff were on duty. I am sick and tired of them. I disabled the carwatch 1 hour before leaving, how much notice do you need? I am stuck in this contract for 6 more months then I am cancelling. I hate hate hate it.
