Cartrack new premium payment

Cartrack did not informed me about the extra cash to be paid after new token installation, Im not denying to pay for the extra token but this was not specified and not clarified to me. December monthly premium R386, added R75 and I was told the premium is my new premium and will continue until the contract lapsed. The Cartrack agents who consult with me were very ride and not helpful.
