Cartrack never removed my unit

I still have not been helped by cartrack since my last review I posted wich they responded and promised to get back to me its months now and still no word from cartrack they are ******* *****ing from the poor my vehicle was in accident and written off in 2020 I called them several times to inform them that vehicle has been written off and that they must go remove the tracker unit I had to pay 895 rand wich I paid but unit was never removed car was auctioned by smd with the unit still in it after 5 months of vehicle being written off and sold I started getting alerts of tampering on the vehicle I then called them again on numerous times as to why my unit was not removed and got sent from pillar to post its now 3 years gone they have taken my money as well as monthly premiums that I was paying and ive never ever received my unit now my name has been blacklisted cartrack are ******* and very unprofessional and ***** from poor people like myself
