CARTRACK,,,,,,,,, NEVER AGAIN

My insurance insisted on a tracking device for my vechile and since cartrack send me alot of adds i contacted them.The tracking device was installed on 30 January 2023. Siince then the tracking device/system/network is not working properly. It has been reset after me calling several times. The device was changes once and lesss thean 5 days later a technition was working on the device again. Everytime i call or wait for a person to atent to me on the same problem CARTRACK waists my tima and money. So i c cancelled and had another company to fit a tracking device to my car and yes its working 100% CARTRACK is trying to get a cancellaton fee from me. I refuse to pay it. since i dont pay for something not working
