CarTrack must die financially and forever

CarTrack came and installed a device in my vehicle and since then, my car has not been able to work. For 4 weeks I called CarTrack with no help at all. From pillar to post they sent me and even today, 11 September 2023 I have not been helped. Their call center agents are very unprofessional and rude, they have no sense of help, urgency or empathy for that matter. Their agents need to be trained to deal with happy and unhappy customers.
