Cartrack most useless tracking company around don't use them

Car track is the worst company to deal with My tracker was installed and on that same day I had 2 major problems. 1 - the app cannot load even though I have a 100 speed Meg. 2- The manager in the Johannesburg branch is of no help, he is useless and his help was actually fit for a mouse , he fails to meet compliance with customer, the tracker is not even a day old and they refuse to cancel my tracker. A question I asked was about customer consumer rights... The answer I got was it is not a product.... Don't ever use cartracker it is the most unreliable service that would rather let your vehicle get ****** and then allow you to pick up the where abouts of your vehicle. It is slow and even if there is only cartracker as a company in the country I would never choose them. To the owner of the cartrack company please teach your employees before employing them as they do not know how to assist customers with information, terms and conditions, they are not even equipped to deal with customers such poor service. Owner make sure to teach your employees your terms and conditions and provide customer service because this service stinks.... Cartrack should be rated the worst app is Africa.
