# Open Letter to Cartrack – Forgery of My Signature

I recently received a document from Cartrack that was sent to one of my old email addresses. To my shock, the document contained **my signature and initials**—even though I have **never seen, signed, or approved this document.**

This is not a minor issue. **It is forgery. It is *****.**

I am demanding:

* A full explanation of how my signature ended up on this document. * Identification of who created and circulated it. * Confirmation of whether this falsified document has been used by Cartrack in any way.

If I do not receive answers within 7 days, I will escalate this matter to the authorities, including SAPS, the National Prosecuting Authority, and the Consumer Commission.

Cartrack, this is a direct violation of trust, ethics, and the law. You owe me—and the public—a clear explanation.
