Cartrack Moneytrak

In December 2019 I contacted Cartrack to inform them that I wanted to cross the border with my vehicle. They then told me (only then )that they did not receive a signal from my car, they will send someone out to fix it. After 3 months I phoned them to cancel my contract . I left it there and carry on with my life. Three months ago I picked up that Cartrack is still deducting money from my account, so I went to the bank and stopped the deduction order myself. AND THEN THE HARASSMENT STARTED. They kept on phoning me all the time , every day non stop because I apparently owe them money now. Tried to explain the situation to them but with no joy. Asked them to please send me a report from when was the last time they received a signal from my car. They refuse and told me that I first need to pay my outstanding account. I asked them how can I pay for a service that was not rendered to me? They say that they have no record of me canceling my contract. In the last three months or soI have tried numerous times to cancel it with no joy. Now they want to force me to sign a 20 day cancelation contract that I refuse to do. Please Cartrack tell me whey didn’t you hound me when you did not receive a signal from my car ? Why keep on taking my money when you did not render a service? Please just cancel my dam contract STOP WITH THE HARASSMENT !!!
